Founders lose momentum when every decision feels permanent. Most product decisions are not.

When I am unsure, I run a 7-day experiment with one measurable outcome and one rollback rule. That keeps confidence high and regret low.

Three prompts I use before shipping:

1. What is the smallest version that can still teach us something useful?
2. What metric should move if this works?
3. How will we know in one week if we should keep, change, or remove it?

Speed is not chaos. It is disciplined learning.
