Ship Fast, Learn Faster
Use short cycles, tight scopes, and clear success signals to make speed a strategy.

Founders lose momentum when every decision feels permanent. Most product decisions are not.
When I am unsure, I run a 7-day experiment with one measurable outcome and one rollback rule. That keeps confidence high and regret low.
Three prompts I use before shipping:
- What is the smallest version that can still teach us something useful?
- What metric should move if this works?
- How will we know in one week if we should keep, change, or remove it?
Speed is not chaos. It is disciplined learning.
